Pre-Kindergarten Program

Our Pre-K classroom is thoughtfully designed to prepare children for kindergarten through hands-on learning and meaningful play.

Children build early literacy, math, writing, and problem-solving skills in a way that feels fun and engaging. They continue to grow socially and emotionally by working in groups, following routines, and learning to express themselves in healthy ways.

Daily activities include creative exploration through art, music, dramatic play, and simple science experiments, all while encouraging independence and responsibility.

Our goal is to foster a love of learning and help each child build the confidence they need for a successful transition into elementary school.

Frog Street Curriculum

Our Pre-K classrooms use the Frog Street Pre-K Curriculum, a research-based program that builds skills across every area of development. With a balance of structured lessons and child-led play, children explore literacy, math, science, and social studies while also learning cooperation, empathy, and self-regulation. This joyful, hands-on approach helps children develop a love of learning and the confidence to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

Conscious Discipline

In our Pre-K classrooms, we use Conscious Discipline® to prepare children for the next big step into kindergarten while supporting their social and emotional growth. At this age, children are developing problem-solving skills, independence, and stronger friendships, and our teachers provide guidance through positive connections and consistent routines. With strategies that encourage empathy, responsibility, and emotional regulation, children learn how to manage challenges, work together as a team, and make kind choices. This supportive environment helps Pre-K students feel confident, capable, and excited for the learning adventures ahead.
