Pre-Kindergarten Program

The years before your child enters Kindergarten are a critical time in his/her life to develop early literacy skills. We feel privileged to take on the responsibility of preparing your child for Kindergarten with our Pre-K Program.

Our Pre-K Program will encompass a variety of learning activities and events that will promote a well rounded experience for your child.

We have invested in two curriculum programs that we feel will provide your child the foundation they need for entry into Kindergarten.

Creative Curriculum Pre School

The Creative Curriculum for Preschool is a Theory and Research based curriculum that focuses on the social and emotional skills children need to succeed in school and in life. The curriculum structure has five components: How Children Develop and Learn, The Learning Environment, What Children Learn, The Teacher’s Role, and The Family’s Role.

In addition there are interest areas in which these components are applied: Blocks, Dramatic Play, Toys & Games,

Art, Library, Discovery, Sand & Water, Music & Movement, Cooking, Computers, and Outdoor Play. Your child’s teacher will use these components and interest areas to create lesson plans that engage and enrich your

child and their learning experience.

The classrooms have a well rounded schedule of education and play that will encourage your child to develop the skills they need to be successful!
